On the last night of the year, Pebbles will transform into something timeless. We will serve the full evening in a flowing, progressive meyhane style — no rush, no schedule, just dishes arriving in a natural rhythm.

 A warm, glowing meyhane, the traditional Anatolian dining house where people gather to share food, slow conversations, long toasts, and unhurried joy. A meyhane is not just a restaurant; it is a ritual. It’s where mezze fills the table, where friends become family, and where the night stretches gently over good music, good stories, and the gentle clink of glasses.
